exceptional! loved this hotel. the staff were so kind and helpful nothing was too much trouble. the hotel itself is in a good location and traditional enough without being too traditional. would highly recommend and would stay here again.

lovely place! very clean, friendly staff and very easy to access train. love the bath and amenities. room very warm when you first enter but worked in our favour as it was fairly cold outside.
