had a deeply disappointing experience at Afflon Hotels. The Wi-Fi was practically unusable throughout my stay, which made even basic communication and work difficult. The service overall was extremely poor, and to make matters worse, I was treated with open disrespect by a receptionist named Mohammed. In front of his manager, he outright said he didn’t care whether I was happy with my stay or not, and repeatedly laughed at me when I raised my concerns. This kind of unprofessional and dismissive behavior is completely unacceptable in any hospitality setting. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for even a basic level of service or courtesy.

Fantastic Situated just outside the centre part of Antalya around 10 minutes walk straight down the road… good room clean and in a decent area. with a shop just cross the street. Staff are nice and speak alright English. Good value for money hotel and the breakfast is nice and simple. I would go back for sure

Lacks service - asked for additional pillow, as I had hurt my leg and needed to elevate - they told me no more pillows in the hotel!
Breakfast quality low , choice limited.
15 mins walk to old town.
Room service ends at 11pm - when u need it the most.

Everything inside the hotel was good. The very bad thing about the hotel is that it has a loud speaker from the mosque right on the building and its wakes up people at 4am. That is very annoying. The speaker is very loud.
