Huwelijksreis is verpest! Vuile kamer, 2 aparte bedden. Ik had gemeld dat het huwelijksreis was. Ik had gevraagd om bed te versieren. 3 dagen diaree gehad door vuile koude eten. Niet gevarieerd! Personeel bot heel onvriendelijk! Spa was gesloten. Fitness i niet aanwezig! Deze hotel is een Scam! Mensen laat uw vakantie niet verpesten. En expedia haal deze hotel uit uw lijst!! Ik ga verder met deze klachten!

Stayed at this resort for 9 nights - lovely staff and service Great location

Warm welcome from the reception team and easy checkin. Rooms are a bit dated, but spotlessly clean. We were upgraded to a seaview room. Fabulous towel art from our cleaner over our 2 days stay and little extras he provided 😊 The staff here are fabulous and cannot do enough for you. Food was so good here, lovely fresh salads,breads, egg station, pasta station, hot buffet selections lunch and dinner, plus Evening Roasts "chicken" "Duck" Fresh Tuna BBQ fish. The Head Chef takes pride in what he provides freshly made pizza is available at the pool and beach bars in the afternoon. Lobby Bar provides fabulous coffee 24hrs a day plus soft drinks. Alcohol served 10am untill midnight. Wine Beer and local spirits. Animation team are welcoming and fun and are always smiling. Beach is lovely with lots of beds again staff bend over backwards to make sure your comfortable, lovely shallow water ideal for children. 3 large pools and a small waterpark are available again the staff ensure you have everything you need.. This hotel is amazing value for money and we would return in a heartbeat. Location is fabulous just a small 15-20 minute walk to the left and your close to shops, restaurants inc Hard Rock Cafe should you wish to explore. Evening entertainment was also provided, starting with a childrens disco then a show, all in all a fabulous 2 day stay..⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel itself is good. Rooms are spacious, location is excellent. There is good value for money. Staff are generally very good but those at the reception may need to be more friendly.
