The lift was out of order during our stay but the hotel and rooms were clean and well-decorated. The room could do with a full-length mirror and the double room was quite cramped for two. However the location was great.

The location was convenient and easy to access, but overall the stay was disappointing. There is a lot to improve. The bathroom was not clean enough, the rooms were very small, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the property. Additionally, the guests did not fully respect the house rules, which made the experience uncomfortable. While the location is a positive point, the overall quality and cleanliness need significant improvement.

Location was incredible, very close to many key tourist attractions while being reasonably priced. It would have been great if we could have shampoo and conditioner, and if your stay is longer than 3 days, to have an additional towel change included in the hostel cost (not extra). Very clean when one of the people would check out.

Everything was perfect during my stay. Room was very clean and new, staffs were helpful and friendly, the hostel was in a great location with easy access to everything.
