Great, clean hotel. Convenient location only one block from a subway station. Several good food choices in the area. Easily walkable.

I enjoyed the convenience of having different metro stations and convenience stores near by.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was walkable to Dotonbori if you plan to spend most of your time there. They don’t clean your room daily depending on how many nights you are staying but will provide new linens if requested. The self luggage storage was very convenient (and free using your Suica card).

In room washer/dryer very useful. The facility is very clean. High rise up to 18 floors with reception on 18th. Excellent view with two windows. Quiet with doors in between living/bed and bathroom and shower room. Location is excellent to walk eat shop. Definitely recommend to stay here.

I loved my stay! The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and 24 hour access to free coffee was a plus as well. My room was both spacious and cozy and the washing machine gave me some much needed peace of mind as I sweat through a fairly warm Osaka summer. Though it can be pricy, I would recommend the breakfast. My jet lag was waking me up early anyway, so enjoying a warm breakfast with a buffet was very nice.

Out of the 4 hotels we booked throughout our two-week trip in Japan, this hotel in Osaka was the best. It had everything you needed in a room. Spotless. Good size bathroom. Good amenities. Our luggage was transferred from the previous hotel to this one and was delivered directly to the room. Great service. Very helpful staff. Two beds, next to each other, but were comfortable. Has washer/dryer, microwave, fridge, cordless iron, air humidifier/purifier, a/c in great condition that cooled the room well, breakfast was offered but we didn’t partake in it, great service, room was clean. Typhoon was in progress as we were leaving Osaka, so had the possibility our luggage would not be transferred within 24 hours the day of leaving our previous hotel, but it did arrive on time, as scheduled. There were complimentary lockers first come first serve on the first floor to be used during your stay and also upon checkout. Overall, loved this hotel the best. Convenient location. Safe!
