Great

Deluxe Suite, 2 Bedrooms, Balcony, Sea View · 2 Adults · 2 Nights

Reception and staff were nice, did their best to welcome us and keep us comfortable. The seaview was beautiful and unobstructed. However there are some things that would be helpful to know before you book. We note these are probably beyond their control are at no fault of theirs. The location seems adjacent to the oia castle, but unfortunately it does not offer a sunset view at all. It is much lower than behind the cliff, facing the completely opposite direction. Being on the cliff there is also quite a number of bugs, mostly on the terrace and in the pool (they need better covers), but also a few indoors in the room. They do clean and get rid of them during housekeeping but they come back very soon. There’s also no sunshade, we were there end of May and were unable to enjoy the terrace due to the sun (and bugs). We did raise our concern and they nicely replied us they meant to put up shades but have not been able to due to the weather.
