No lots of cobwebs by the books and ceiling I know it’s an older style house but that was a bit disappointing
Staff friendly ,strange having breakfast in their kitchen separate from kitchen would have been nice
Location good, front bedroom opposite a main road if you are a light sleeper might not be ideal

We had a lovely large room and en-suite bathroom at Laurel House. Our bed was very comfortable and the room had tea making facilities also.
Our hosts Gilly and Hugh provided a wide range of choices for breakfast including healthy options and fresh fruit. The dining room overlooks a lovely garden and off-street parking was available. The house is within walking distance of the town centre, though we are not fast walkers so usually took about 25mins.

Made to feel so welcome definitely well looked after. The property was clean and tidy and offered great facilities for our weekend. The breakfast was the best 😊

It was a gorgeous sunny day and the gardens are small but very attractive and colourful. the owners are so friendly and helpful. The bedroom was gorgeous and lovely bathroom . freshly cooked breakfast We will be back to stay when next in Cheltenham

The lower suite we stayed in was comfortable and spacious. The hosts did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and delivered to us exactly at the time we had requested. With it's reasonable rates, we recommend Laurel house very highly.
