Lovely hotel with a great bathroom and incredible view. We stayed as a family and the hotel staff were so helpful. Our son loved waking up to the view.

This hotel looked to be recently renovated. The place was immaculate and well appointed. The coffee and beverages, all complimentary, were well stocked. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The location was spectacular, right near the Leaning Tower of Pisa. We were very surprised how quiet the room was with all of the noise outside. This place is a real gem!

We knew check-in was not before 14:00 but the guy on reception was able to let us into our room early. He was extremely helpful. The room was perfect and the air conditioning was a real welcome. Although the hotel is on the street opposite the Leaning Tower all noise was shut off from the crowds below. We have come to Italy to attend a wedding in Florence and prior to our return to the U.K. we will definitely be staying at this hotel.

Room was charming and very Italian. Staff were helpful once we found the property but FINDING the property was a challenge. Google maps does not have good directions, it will lead you into an infinite loop of parking lots around a hospital and office buildings that exist on the backside of the leaning tower plaza. You need to do STREET parking that's a block across from the leaning tower plaza. Then walk the distance to the hotel. You will not be able to reach the hotel any other way, so don't rely on google maps. Staff were accommodating and understanding of our troubles arriving so late. Room was comfortable and had air conditioning - a major plus for June in Italy.

Room as not as clean as I would have liked and no breakfast facilities

The hotel was spotless. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were well equipped and cleaned every day with fresh towels and linen. It is situated directly opposite the tower and cathedral complex but very quiet through the night. First class position for our first time in Pisa. Close to lots of restaurants, bars and cafes Would highly recommend
