The 6th floor hallway smelled like smoke several times on different days. Guests were allowed to smoke in their rooms and the guests opened their door to let go of the smoke in the hallway. It was unbearable. I told the staff and they didn’t do anything about it.

The hotel itself was very nice, the rooms were large, clean and bed comfortable. Unfortunately, the room was very hot (thermostat read 30 degrees). The details on the listing said the rooms were air conditioned. When we inquired at the front desk we were told that the air conditioning only worked starting in May (although the hallways were air conditioned). I asked about fans for the rooms but got no response. The main purpose for booking a hotel room is to sleep and in an extremely hot room no one could sleep, the room was a sweat box. The hotel description for air conditioning is deceiving.

Room was a highlight. Breakfast had so many choices.

Our stay was great. zhou from the restaurant area was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again

This hotel is very clean and quiet, and family friendly. Will come back next time!

Easy access

Some staff was nice, some just ok. Overall location was in between of station
