Loved this hotel. We traveled to different countries in 2 weeks and this was our favorite hotel. Rooms so spacious with wonderful view.

Worst breakfast of any hotel I have experienced. Eggs, bacon and sausages are always out. Takes forever to be refilled. Even cutleries are out and quite difficult to find a staff member for help.

The AC is set very high and can’t be changed from room. Room was big without much AC

Hotel took my money after complaining to them that I double booked

Not a good experience Couldn’t reach room service

Everything was fine, beside the restaurant the food wasn’t good at all

Clean and spacious room with a nice view

My stay was very pleasant overall. The check-in and check-out processes were both smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. The hotel is conveniently located just a short drive from the airport, making arrivals and departures very easy. One of the biggest advantages is the complimentary airport shuttle service, which was reliable, punctual, and incredibly convenient. If you're looking for a hotel with quick and easy access to the airport, this is an excellent choice. The only drawback is its distance from Brussels' main train stations, including Bruxelles-Central, Bruxelles-Nord, and Bruxelles-Midi. Travelers planning to spend most of their time exploring the city center may find the commute less convenient, but for airport access, the location is ideal.

New property in proximity to airport. Rooms were well appointed and spacious. Restaurant served a great meal.

Good and friendly
