Super cute hotel with surprisingly large rooms by Japanese standards. The staff were super helpful and spoke good English (if you need that in your hotel staff). Close to both Kyoto station and local bus routes so easy to get around from.

i love this hotel - complete supplies, cold water dispenser, in the lobby you will find tea, Nespresso, and all that you need. there is also an elevator so no problem in going to 3rd floor with lots of luggages. the only problem we encountered: no receptionist after 9pm, so your keycard will be left outside, our code was not given or emailed to us. we had to call emergency local number to get the code.
