The confirmation process was complicated by the fact that several steps were required to finalize the contract.
The room we got was not what I believed I requested but GlobalStay, the management firm would not provide any proof that I had mistakenly ordered the wrong room. Nor would they offer any option to correct the issue.
The parking space that we were told to use was occupied by another vehicle. As requested by GlobalStay I provided photo evidence and a photo of where I ended up parking so GlobalStay could inform building management. They did not do so. Consequently my vehicle was ticketed for $150 dollars in fines.
I would avoid GlobalStay if possible.

I’ve completed escape rooms that were easier than getting access …. It was to the point where my wife and I were thinking we got scammed. Thankfully security shared a cell number where we could reach someone from the company, but even after that there were multiple hoops to jump through and issues sending the wrong information.

Apartment and location were great. The overwhelming smell of perfume and cleaners were a nightmare and caused us all to have headaches.
Check in process was a total nightmare as there was no key in the lockbox and the process to get to the lockbox forced you to be trapped in the parking garage and have to walk out and around a city block away from the rental. It took us two hours to get a response from the host through the escalation process at hotels.com because the host never answered any of the contact numbers or emails provided. Ruined our evening as we were unable to make the work event we had travelled for because we were still trying to check in for hours and had no where to go. Too much stress would not recommend

Noisy inconvenient in an accessible you can get hold of anyone you might be stuck outside for hours and there’s nothing you can do about it. There’s no one in here. They don’t answer their phones

This is an absolutely excellent place to stay. Clean, comfortable, convenient with many special extra touches (toothbrushes, toiletries you may have forgotten). Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer. I can't say enough.
