My family and I were very happy that we chose Craftsman Bangkok for our stay. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive to our requests. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, quick, and hassle-free. The hotel is located in a quiet and calm neighborhood, which made our stay very relaxing. While it is a bit far from Bangkok’s famous markets and shopping areas, the hotel provides a convenient shuttle service to the nearby station, making it easy to get around the city. Though we opt to use grab or Bolt for service 😊. We especially appreciated the special birthday arrangement prepared for our celebration. The thoughtful decorations made the occasion even more memorable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Craftsman Bangkok to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay with excellent service.

beautiful hotel in a lovely part of Ari just 12mins walk from the BTS or via the hotels free tuk tuk. Cafe/restaurant is a really nice place to hang out too. Stay was let down my the shower that ran extremely hot and then cold every 10 secs and I had one swim in the pool and the chemicals left my eyes red and face dry and red for the next few days.

best decision to book this hotel in ari area where some of bkk’s highly rated restaurants are located; bonus, the hotel has a bar called baby bar with the best kra pao on a fluffy egg!!!

Seriously I loved my 4 night stay at this wonderful hotel. Everyone was extremely friendly. The staff helped me carry the luggage out to the front when I was leaving. Whenever I needed something, the concierge was always courteous. The tuktuk service was a plus! The Ikigai spa was amazing!

Absolutely loved this boutique hotel. Cosy and comfy. Tucked in a quiet area. The staff were excellent. Super sad we aren’t there right now but would definitely return to Craftsman in the future!
