I very much enjoyed my stay at The Baltic. I found it very good value. The high point for me was the friendliness of the staff, who I found consistently excellent.

FantasticStayed with partner
We stayed at The Baltic Hotel for one night as part of a birthday trip to Liverpool and it was brilliant from start to finish.
The room was really comfortable — exactly what you want after a full day in the city. What makes this place special though is the music memorabilia throughout. As a music lover it was a joy to take it all in, and it gave the hotel a real character and identity that you don't get at a standard chain.
The staff were genuinely great — friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was excellent too, well worth staying in for.
And the views. We had a brilliant outlook over the city — you can see the Radio City Tower and the cathedral from the upper floors on a clear day. Stunning on a sunny morning.
Would stay again without hesitation. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Liverpool — especially if you love music and want somewhere with a bit of soul.

Uncomfortable bed that dipped. Refused to serve breakfast as claimed pre order required. Pre order requirement was not referenced on website on in hotel breakfast advertisments or at point of booking in. Would not even serve a coffee while i waited for nearby cafe to open.
