Upon arrival, I booked for 2 standard quadruple rooms, but because their Wifi was not working, they stated that they only had one quadruple room and instead gave us a classic double room. They stated their Wifi wasn't working for weeks and had no idea when it would be fixed. They offered a massage service from an outside company. When we booked the massages, they came to our hotel and said that their rates had changed and that the hotel had advertised incorrect prices. They also said they didn't have enough time to provide the services we had reserved for. There was also poor cell phone reception so it was difficult to stay in touch with anyone, most importantly our shuttle service & tour guide, During this time, they were also doing construction, so it was very noisy (loud banging). Whoever was doing construction, cut off our cable TV. So, our TV did not work. The breakfast is late. Most people need to get into town by 8am for their tours. We also had to leave early to get back to the airport which did not give us enough time for breakfast. The people at the front desk gave our room number to strangers who came looking for us for money. They opened our door while we were changing our clothes. This is a major safety issue. There are not elevators, so be prepared to climb stairs. Also, there are no phones to ring the front desk. So, if we ever needed anything, we had to find someone. I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with this property. I do not recommend it to anyone.

GreatSolo stay
It was a nice place. The dining area had the most beautiful view. Restaurant was only open during certain times and wifi was terrible, but, overall very nice.
If you are planning to spend a lot of time in the hotel, spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. However, if you are looking for a nice clean place, away from the backpacker hoopla this is it.
Not far from town. 100 pesos in a tricycle and walking distance to beachfront restaurants and shops.
Staff were friendly.
Bring a blanket! They only provide a bedsheet.
The room was nice and cool. I didnt even use the A/C but was cold at night with no blankets.

Very small room. Bathroom approximately 15 sq. ft. AC went out on the second day. No shelves or places to hang things. No wifi. Some rooms have no windows so very musty smelling. Spacious upstairs dining area that is very seldom used... but beautiful view. I realize this tends to be a crap shoot....but i struck out on this one.

Accessible location. Accommodating staff tho service is not to be parred with hotels. Buffet Breakfast is only available on weekends. They serve per plate Breakfast Meals only on weekdays. Each 2pax room only has a thin sheet of blanket and 2 pcs. of pillows. There are black ants crawling inside our room and a gecko making sounds at night.
