This beautiful hotel is in the heart of shopping, restaurants, coffee shops. If you want to take public transportation this is the perfect spot for this. Not many stairs for walking or pulling suitcases. A day at the beach was super easy to navigate! Highly recommended to stop at the rooftop for a beautiful view of Venice.

We reported the problem and asked for it to be fixed, but nothing changed, and we were never offered another room. Sleeping comfortably was very difficult. The Wi-Fi in our room was also too weak to do any work, making it impossible to rely on for emails or video calls. The hotel is in a beautiful location, and the staff were generally pleasant. However, for a hotel in this price range, the failure to address these issues was very disappointing. If you are planning to visit Venice during the summer, I cannot recommend staying here until the air conditioning i. Nice location. I had to ask for my upgrade and then, I was given a room with a canal view so I did appreciate that.

Staff was extremely helpful in navigating the city and making arrangements for reservations and transportation. The hotel location is perfect for seeing all the major sites while still giving you a more quiet evening by hotel if needed. The upstairs bar was a nice spot to relax at the end of a busy day - just wish it stayed open later (closed at 9:30) and drink prices were a very pricey.

Super rooftop bar, drinks are pricey but you get snacks with them and it's a perfect way to get your holiday started. Room excellent, very comfy bed, amazing Pillow Menu to suit everybody, really good shower, proper blackout curtains and no horrible flashing ceiling sensor lights. Staff all very charming and courteous. We've stayed here several times now and would gladly book again.
