It is my family to booked here. The location is near my place and convenient because there is no traffic. The staff were accommodating. I am touched upon checking in that the front desk insisted to give me a glass of water with ice for me and my husband. I came from the parking area and it was terribly hot. The breakfast buffet is okay. The lobby, restaurant and the room is cleaned.

our stay was satisfactory. the breakfast buffet was good but was not refilled immediately. The room are clean but the tv was working with just sound and was blank. the heater os not working we need to call for service.

We recently stayed at Mella Hotel last weekend and overall, we enjoyed our stay. The place was nice, clean, and conveniently located near fast food chains and restaurants, which made everything more accessible during our trip. However, the check-in process took almost an hour before we were accommodated, which was a bit inconvenient after traveling. Another concern was the noise late at night. Our room seemed to be near the hotel staff area, and around 1 AM, we could hear staff members talking loudly and laughing, which disturbed our sleep. Despite these concerns, we still had a pleasant experience overall and appreciated the hotel’s good location and comfortable ambiance.
