The unit looks old but it is spacious. The concern that i had maybe is the unit not allowed to cook but there is a basic utensils like plate, ref and microwave to heat our order food so its good enough for us. The main concern that i had is the elevator not working properly, we had use exit stairs so its incovenient to climb to 9th floor everytime we go out, but its not owner problem, it is the building concern. Overall good for families who want o spend holidays in tagaytay.
