Fantastic
Always remember what you pay and what you get .... Expensive hotel but out class hotel .... Travelling with Kids 8 & 9 years old .... Excellent location / Excellent Room / Excellent continental Breakfast / Excellent Swimming pool and just 4 minute walk from Interlaken OST .... the hotel is in Main road not inside the street, so people can enjoyed the crowed as well .... dinning resturent / shops / Coin Laundry is in walking distance ..

Stayed with kids

Everyone on the staff was wonderful to us over 3 days. We particularly enjoyed the service of the bartender Manager, Humberto, He was a real craftsman of his cocktails, and it was a pleasure watching him work and tasting his products.

Excellent hotel near the station and main attractions . They have a complimentary pick up and drop service as well . The front office staff especially Tiago Rocha is outstanding and makes the stay memorable . Good breakfast service with excellent spread

We were given a room that had old carpeting and wall coverings, an obstructed view, and had train noise late into the late night and early morning. There was no air conditioning (fan only) and the bathroom shower had awkward non-ergonomic features. Overall not worth the $1000 a night price tag. Not what we expected for the price.

See my Google review for details. In brief: to earn a 4 star rating and justify the cost, this hotel need a thorough remodel and focus on customer service. It’s a beautiful property and a great location with excellent included breakfast. Just needs some investment to bring it up to 2020’s international standards. Be informed: No AC, so if you’re traveling during the summer months, expect to be very warm and live with a few portable fans whirring nonstop in your room. I remember this experience staying at a 2 star property in Bombay 30 years ago.
