We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Its location is great and walkable to many of the main attractions. Our room was small but was totally fine for 2 people. The reception staff were really helpful and attentive, cannot fault them. I will note, that the room smells a bit musty and old? But we either got used to it, or it went away with the windows open. The windows do need to be shut to have the aircon operational though. The carpet in the corridors looks dirty and outdated.

Very quiet hotel, room was very comfortable. The breakfast was great. Airport pick-up and drop off was arranged by the hotel and was very efficient and the drivers were very friendly. Front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Location was great, short distance to Old Town.

Solo stay

Roof terrace/balcony had zero views , but main problem is there are many ants in the room even a few on bed . I'm sure they will deal with the problem , could be because of the very hot weather

The staff were friendly and helpful and provided recommendations for restaurants and sights to visit during our stay. Good location - walkable distance to Old Town, Charles Bridge, and close to the central train station.

Excellent stay following a festival to recharge and spend some time in Prague. Lovely balcony, very comfy bed, and nice shower (just what we needed). The staff were also friendly and helpful, letting us leave our bags at the hotel after we checked out so we didn't have to drag them about all afternoon before our flight.
