location for me is not that good, my wrong coz i booked wrong. i should choosed near naia terminal 1. cleanliness, have ants , and cockroach, but what to expect, i paid 2700 for 3 days and 2 nighs. all in all , still good, staff is very accommodating, for a cheap price they provide also toiletries, thank you so much

Spacious. Staffs are nice and accommodating. You need to pay ₱500 for the deposit in cash. They will return it after check out if there are no damages in the unit. The unit includes microwave, small fridge, electric kettle, spoon, fork, cup and drinking glass. The water is heated. There is a mini sari sari store right beside the facility. Visitors are allowed but only until 6pm. Additional ₱500 payment per head who will stay the night.

The place is very peaceful and safe. The room is big and the aircondition was good. The staff is friendly and accomodating. What was our difficulty because it is far from the national highway. Hard to access transpo. But over all our stay was amazing. Feels like home. 😊
