AC didn't work and they didn't have another room, the balcony door was broken too. The price was good, it was in a safe area, the staff was very nice. Breakfast was okay. There were markets, restaurants and convenience stores within a five minute walk. The balcony had a nice view of the massive mosque.

I liked the room it was clean and spacious but the bathroom door does not have a lock and did not shut all the way. If you were going to use the bathroom your family or friends can see you. Breakfast was not the way it was described on the website. The front desk was very nice and helpful and did their best to help us

The best option to spend overnight layover in new Istanbul airport! Super helpful staff. You can order food from a nearby restaurant to be delivered to your room - so delicious! They also offer airport pick up and drop off. 10/10

Hotel is clean and well maintained. The room are big, but be careful as the room ceilings slope and it is easy to hit your head if you are tall. Front counter staff are very nice and helpful. There is not much to do around this hotel. If you plan to explore you will need to take a taxi or be prepared to walk a fair distance.
