The suites were very conveniently located. We had a quiet room. While it was fairly small, the bathroom was spacious and nice, just needs more storage. The breakfast provided at the bar down the street was great. Extra pillows would have been nice. Staff was very responsive via WhatsApp when needed. I loved the quiet calmness of the terrace for yoga in the mornings.

I first want to praise John at the front desk! What a great representative of your hotel! We had the quad room and it was plenty big for four adults. You will not be in the room much, but when you are, the room was spacious! Very clean! The queen bed was a little stiff, which I prefer, but it was a bit hard for my wife. The location is phenomenal! I could not be happier about that. The espresso machine was well used and appreciated! The courtyard was very quiet and pleasant!

The room was nice and it is at a great location. But the “included breakfast” was a joke. We saw 4 croissants in the common kitchen on our first day and that was it. Also, we never saw any staff except during the check in time and 15 seconds before we left the building during check out.

Constantine was excellent. He was friendly and addressed our concerns and questions courteously. They responded quickly to our after-hours questions via WhatsApp. Loved having coffee available at all times for the espresso machine and hot/cold water dispenser.

The room was clean but walls are thin. Check in was a little confusing, without clear signs for reception. We loved the location (close to Trevi fountain and metro by barberini) and the bathroom was very nice. The shared terrace is a great plus.
