On 2 day working trip to NUS, stay overnight at K2 Guest House. The building seems like a converted 3 storey bungalow house. Near bus stop. I was driving, so it is easy for me to travel anywhere from here. You can park your car at shops opposite; no need parking fees but limited space. I was staying in a room; quite spacious with basic hotel amenities and with a small balcony. Price is affordable.
