FantasticSolo stay · For business
Paid a premium because of the Canton Fair. Room was a lot bigger than I thought. They may have given me an upgraded room. Check in was at one building and the room was a short walk to another tower. Room had full kitchen, patio with washing machine, bathroom with shower, large bed and sitting area with couch and coffee table. Bed was clean and comfortable. It is a Chinese apartment. So lots of people are give it character. Elevator was pretty busy with people but fast, so not a big deal. Room isn't clean like you would get in a high end hotel. But it was clean enough. Towels were a little bit old but seemed clean. Water was hot. Toilet worked fine. They provided water and toiletries. Breakfast was just a pastry and carton of milk delivered, but you are close to all the food you could want. Some really good restaurants nearby. Booked the room for the Canton fair. Subway is a short walk and then it is one station away to the fair entrance or 2 stations if you want to go to the other side. Costs about 2rmb each way. When you return to the the station near the hotel make sure you go to the correct exit I think number 4. If you take the wrong one it will put you across the street. Kitchen provided 2 cups for drinks and a large fridge but no utensils or plates. Ordered food delivery and it was delivered right to the room door. Very convenient. Would stay again. Didi dropped off and picked up right in front of the buildings. Easy checkout.

Fantastic I like the location and the place was ok. Overall 4.5/5. It says it includes a kitchen but there’s literally nothing in there except a refrigerator that makes it a kitchen. No plates, pots, pans, knives, cutting boards, or even a working stove. The stove is there, but there’s no gas. Not even a microwave. The Internet was slow at times. The breakfast was North Korean style. 2 pieces of bread and milk. Seriously. I would stay there again but only because I like the building and the location. Maybe there are better options in this price range. I guess that’s for you to decide.

Fantastic The front desk team stood out with their professional service—they handled my check-in in minutes, proactively confirmed my early morning wake-up call, and even printed my meeting documents when I realized I’d forgotten to bring a hard copy. The room was impeccably clean

FantasticFor business
This hotel was an excellent choice for my business trip. The front desk staff provided professional and friendly service—they assisted with my late check-in request promptly and answered all my questions about meeting facilities clearly. The room was well-maintained and clean, with a spacious desk that made working easy. Its convenient location, within walking distance to the conference center and several business restaurants, saved me a lot of time on commuting. I’ll definitely consider it for future business visits.

Good The Laiste apartment that I stayed in was relatively comfortable and relatively clean. The building has a bit of a sketchy feeling, not that you are unsafe, it's just not nice. Definitely a budget location, but the price was more than I think it should have been. It is basically a residential area with a couple of buildings converted to these "hotel / apartments". The local area had convenience stores and some good local street side restaurants. It was a very "local" experience, not a pampered 5 Start hotel experience. Probably not quite worth the price.
