A security deposit of SGD 200 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure. The property does not accept cash. Complimentary housekeeping is provided once every 7 nights. No housekeeping is provided for stays of 6 nights or less. For bookings of more than five 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Guests must present passport upon check-in as a proof of identity Housekeeping is done every 8 days. Selected units for Studio Single No Window are located on the ground level and guests may experience some street noise. Light sleepers are advised to reconsider the neighborhood’s street noise prior to making a reservation. Should you fail to check-in by 12pm one day after your original check-in date, your reservation will be treated as a "No Show". In the event of a no-show, the full amount for the entire duration of the reservation is non-refundable The property does not have a reception. Guests are required to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival. The check in process will be done through mobile phone and guests are required to download a mobile app to retrieve digital key via the app. The property offers an Apple TV or Smart TV. This is a non-smoking premise. Smoking or any other related activity, which may result in a potential fire hazard (e.g. burning of incense, lighted candles, unattended use of disposable BBQ pits, etc.) is strictly not permitted within the unit and building premises, including the balcony. A fee of SGD1,000 and a professional cleaning charge to remove the smoke smell in the premises will be imposed on the guest should the guest be found smoking, and a fine of S$500 will be imposed for durian consumption. The management reserves the right to forfeit deposits, evict guests, or charge the registered credit/debit card for any violations. We don’t provide extra beds for all room types. Due to the heritage shophouse layout, some studio rooms require taking the lift to Level 4 and walking up two flights of stairs to reach Level 5, while others require taking the lift to Level 2 and walking down one flight of stairs to access Level 1, as the lift only serves up to Level 4. Kindly please be informed that not all windows can be opened for Studio Single room Type Please note that actual allocated apartment may differ slightly from photos. There is an ongoing construction nearby from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Drilling noise can be expected from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM daily except Sundays and public holidays. We apologize for the inconvenience.
