The property does not look like the pictures. The shower had roaches and a stench. The room door wouldn’t lock and they had to jimmy it to keep it closed. The air was broken and the staff was not helpful. I want a refund

The place is clean and well located but the price is too much for what it is. They also charge for towels (bring your own) and breakfast, which is mostly sweet pastries.
