Had issues checking into the self check in Kiosk but got quick help so it wasn't a bad beginning. They are on site so they respond to you quickly. The room is to be expected for size and layout. The bed was my favorite part because it was so soft. In Asia it's not common to have a very soft and comfortable bed. I slept so well. The view from the room is always very nice. I enjoyed it. I definitely recommend and would go back during my transits in/out of Korea.

This hotel was super convenient, clean, and hospitable. Checking in was so easy and the room was perfect for one night. It was close to the Incheon airport and they also had free water in the room. They gave us welcome drinks to redeem when we arrived and they had a luggage storage area for us to leave our big bags when even after we checked out. Highly recommend you staying here if you're in Incheon or need to be by ICN airport.
