The hotel is beautiful, amenities is complete and customer services are commendable. the location in Shamiandao is very convenient to explore the place with a nice ambience. highly recommended to stay if you're in Guangzhou

My family stayed in premier twin rooms each with separate living room. Very spacious, comfortable with fantastic views of the river. Great location: 4 mins from metro and river, 9 mins to Beijing Lu. Also discovered a hidden gem, Xia Jiao Mei Restaurant at 5th flr, Haizhu Plaza (2 mins from hotel) with fantastic dim sum. Enjoyed a leisurely stroll along the river on the way back to the hotel. Laundry service and massage chairs available at 11th Flr. Hotel reception looks a bit dated but staff were helpful and friendly. Lifts can be crowded and slow during peak times. They have a robots doing food delivery to the rooms.

The hotel room is good for 2 pax. bed and pillows (soft) are comfortable. There’s 2 coffee vouchers per day provided to us for redemption 24/7. there’s free flower tea provided free flow at the front desk as well. Staffs are friendly and helpful. hotel ambience is great and beautiful. If you need to wash clothes, there’s free laundry too. But only 2 washer and 2 dryer. So, you may have to try your luck. Overall, I will say it’s a great stay with great price and Great convenient location.

SUPER SUPER loved this suite hotel. we booked 2 single bed suites, each come with a kitchenette, fully equipped with microwave oven, utensils n plates , washer and dryer. Toilet comes with Toto automated bidet , all toiletries fully equipped. we enjoyed our snacks at the island at the kitchenette. every morning will get a cuppa coffee from the Reception at L7. Location is superb with few shopping malls and numerous restaurants all around. The staff at the reception and concierge are exceptionally friendly and professional. Will definitely look into booking the Fraser’s group of hotels nxt round of my holidays !

Just next to the Haizhu Square subway station exit E. Short walk to Beijing road. Modern facility.

Room is big and clean. The extra bed added is also comfortable. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Shopping street and some good breakfast places nearby.
