What is KlookCash?
KlookCash is like cash that you can use to offset part of your Klook bookings instantly.
100 KlookCash = 1 USD
There are two ways to earn KlookCash, either by:
1. Making a booking
You can earn up to 5% of your booking amount paid, depending on the activity completed and your membership tier:
- Explorer: between 0.12% to 1% of the amount paid
- Gold: between 0.36% to 3% of the amount paid
- Platinum: between 0.6% to 5% of the amount paid
Do note that some items, like Klook e-Gift Cards and coupon packs are uneligible for KlookCash earning. We may also exclude other products at our discretion. You will not be able to earn KlookCash on free bookings too.

2. Leaving a review
You can earn KlookCash for the first 10 reviews that you write each month. You won’t earn KlookCash for any additional reviews.
For reviews of 100 characters and longer (40 characters for Chinese), you can earn 20 KlookCash per review. Additionally, if you upload 3 or more photos, you can earn 30 KlookCash per review.
Do note that you won't earn KlookCash for reviews on the following:
- Free bookings
- Bookings made again within 30 days of taking part in the previous one
- Bookings with a total value of below US$5
- Activities with more than 100 reviews at the time of reviewing
- Flights and Hong Kong High Speed Rail
