I purchased voucher for gondola ride in Macau. I missed some important things in the extra information. Nevertheless my tour was perfect. I received service as expected. I shared gondola with other family. This didn't spoil my experience. So I can recommend this tour for other people.

It was a rainy day when we went, so unfortunately, we could only stay on the tour bus in Qimei. However, I must say that the staff at Hai'an Yacht were all very friendly and professional, and their guided tour was excellent. The driver on land was also great; besides driving, he meticulously explained the origins and stories of each attraction with a humorous touch. I can only say that the people of Penghu, in addition to doing business, also make you feel their warm hospitality. It was a very enjoyable and worthwhile trip.

The crew specifically picked me up from where I was staying, and they had also notified me the day before, which made me feel very reassured, especially since I was traveling with two children, aged 9 and 11. While kayaking, the captain specially paddled another kayak to help look after my two children, allowing my husband and me to paddle our own. At the lunch spot, even though the beach was crowded with people eating lunch, the captain anchored a distance away from the beach so we could dine on the boat (the grilled bananas were delicious!). This was an excellent decision because it gave us the opportunity to snorkel and jump into the water in a deeper area further from the shore, and that's where we saw sea turtles! It was a wonderful trip, the color of the sea in the Philippines is truly beautiful! We proactively gave a tip to thank the captain and crew for their service!

the arrangement and safety concern was awesome. the guides are friendly and very caring. the tour is organized with punctuality, they also give you full confidence to enjoy the activiies. this is the best package. highly recommended to new travellers

We had an amazing experience on our El Nido tour! We loved the food that was served. One thing we appreciated the most was that the tour guides timed everything perfectly, allowing us to visit the islands when there were fewer crowds. This made the experience much more relaxing and enjoyable.
My parents especially loved the tour guides because they were so kind, friendly, and attentive. They always made sure everyone was safe, comfortable, and having a great time.
Thank you for giving us such a memorable El Nido adventure. We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fun and safe island hopping experience.
