Fantastic 5.0
Such a seamless trip as a whole. It was my not first time booking through Klook online, and at first, I was a little apprehensive using an online travel agent. However, from start to finish the booking process and holiday went so smoothly, and what a great day we got! We were accomodated like vip as we are 4 only on that schedule. Kuddos to our tourguide and our driver (names difficult to pronuounce)😋 she got a dog named Lisa though, very informative, very welcoming😊😊😊 Can't wait to book again with Klook Online :)

Fantastic 5.0
I truly enjoyed this tour. Our guide and driver were both knowledgeable about the different plants and animals in Khao Yai. They seemed to be genuinely happy with their jobs and ensured that we enjoyed our tour. We even made some stops every time there were animals so we could take a few minutes to see them. Unfortunately, we did not see any elephants. However, we did see some deer, hornbills, and monkeys. I don't recommend this tour for those with kids or mobility issues, as it requires a lot of walking and climbing up/down steep stairs.

Fantastic 5.0
Our driver, Mr Eak, was polite and gentle. He was always punctual and though he doesn’t speak much English, he tried to provide us with some simple information about the places of interest at Khao Yai through Google translation. Having a driver to ferry you around Khao Yai from Bangkok is a wise decision. The drive from Bangkok to Khao Yai alone takes more than 3 hours and having an experienced driver to navigate the traffic of Bangkok towards Khao Yai really makes the trip a lot more enjoyable and a lot less tiring.

Unique experience. The wine valley was fun and it was cool knowing how the wine was made. Primo Piazza was kinda underwhelming tho. But the Hokkaido Flower Valley was my favourite! Guide was nice and kept translating to English as he was afraid we might not understand his Chinese. Overall great experience.

Fantastic 5.0
We booked a private charter van for our family trip to Khao Yai and had the best experience. Our driver was incredibly punctual for every single pickup and was always helpful throughout the journey. The van was comfortable and the driving was safe. Highly recommend this service for anyone traveling with family.

Our driver was fabulous. Got to visit a lot in small of time and no issues with vouchers for transfers and activities. We were a family group and he handled queries efficiently and in a friendly and proactive manner. He even install a translation in Tagalog so easy to understand.Excellent service, always quick response to enquiries. Thank you, would use service again.

Fantastic 5.0
Loved the idea of having the flexibility to plan and set off whichever time we want. Our driver and guide (toam) is punctual and car is clean and spacious. he speaks a little english but no worries as google translate solved most of the communications. the places the itineary recommends is quite relaxing and not so tiring on my family, especially that i am travelling with little kids. One great aspect of this package is the pick up and drop off at downtown bangkok. Saves me a great deal of time and hassle in arranging transport. overall would recommend others for this tour package.

What to know before visiting Pak Chong

Top experiences in Pak Chong through the year

Pak Chong’s top bookings are led by Tours, followed by Museums and a handful of Outdoor & sports activities and Water parks. Demand rises and falls through the year, with a clear peak in December and a pronounced dip in September.

Best activities for families, couples and solo travellers

Families tend to favour Museums and Water parks for easy, budget-friendly outings that suit all ages, while Tours offer a wide range of family-friendly options too. Couples often pick guided Tours for sightseeing and more curated experiences, with the occasional premium Outdoor & sports activity for adventurous pairs. Solo travellers and small groups will find Tours the most flexible choice, with Museums an inexpensive way to fill a day and Outdoor & sports activities for those after something high-end and active.

What travellers from Malaysia should book ahead

Most visitors from Malaysia keep their plans flexible — many things can be arranged a day or two before — but the earliest planners typically book around two weeks in advance, and that extra lead time matters most in December. If you’re travelling in the peak months, lock in popular Tours and any niche Outdoor & sports activities earlier rather than later.

How the categories compare on price and fit

Museums are the easiest, lowest-cost way into Pak Chong’s attractions, offering steady value for budget-conscious visitors. Tours show the widest price spread, ranging from entry-level options to pricier guided experiences, so they suit almost every traveller type and budget. Outdoor & sports activities sit at the premium end, aimed at travellers chasing higher-end, active adventures, while Water parks occupy a modest, family-friendly price position.
