A must do experience in Luxor. I recommend the sunrise option, pick up from hotel and transfer to launch site all went very smoothly. Tea/coffee/refreshments provided. plenty time in the air to take in the most incredible views over the desert and valley of the kings. Smooth landing. it all felt very safe and I highly recommend!!

The Hot Air balloon experience was truly one for the books. The entire team from ground up until we took flight and landed we're very helpful, professional and extremely experienced. On the day we were to go on the hot air balloon, due to unpleasant weather conditions it was cancelled, but the entire team of klook, Stephanie from the customer support and local operator made it possible for us to reschedule our experience and go for it the next day and truly was one of the best experiences ever. Truly a cherish worthy memory.

The balloon tour itself was very good. It was very beautiful and I think it was good value for money. However, you should stop going through this middleman. It takes place at a different time than what is written on Klook. Furthermore, it did not arrive on time at all. If we had not said anything, they probably forgot about us, and we contacted them 30 minutes after the meeting time, and they finally started to check. There was no apology, and in the Whatsapp exchange, they seemed to blame us, so if you are going to go on a balloon tour, choose another link.

The self-funded itinerary of the Lion Tour Group costs US$200, so I joined the tour without a group. After purchasing, I had to contact the local travel agency via WhatsApp. The travel agency was great and there was no problem in communicating. Also note that this Klook itinerary is the second round of hot air ballooning. The travel agency arranged the first round (sunrise type). If you want to change it to the first round, the local travel agency will charge an additional US$25 per person, which translates to about 66+ for the whole trip. 25+1 (tip) = 92 US dollars. I also met a Chinese who signed up for a group tour in Egypt on the same day. His registration fee was 50 US dollars for reference. Simply put, Egypt is a country with confusing quotes. But the hot air balloon is really beautiful and amazing, I recommend it!
