overall a fun experience for th whole family. the cycling part was pretty effortless as there were only maybe 2 gentle inclines. good to do once but doubt I’ll do again as it’s more for tourists and not for locals to exercise. 😂

good tour guide and can speak english very well. so it is very clear and is our tour sky lesson coach for today. very good. thanks Ruby.

Our tour leader, Joy Park, was punctual and dedicated. She handled all the big and small matters of the entire itinerary with care and patience. She also drives very well and her Chinese is excellent. I recommend this itinerary and highly recommend this tour leader!

We had such a great time learning to ski with Joshua! As complete beginners, we were honestly a bit nervous at first, but he immediately made us feel comfortable. He was incredibly patient and kind, and he never made us feel rushed or pressured while we were learning. Joshua explained things in a way that was really easy to understand, and he kept encouraging us. What we appreciated most was how calm and professional he was the entire time. You could really tell that he cared about making sure we learned properly and enjoyed the experience. Because of him, our first time skiing became one of the highlights of our trip. If you’re booking a ski lesson on Klook, we definitely recommend Joshua!

The railpark looks simple and the bike looks old. But the experience definitely worths it. If you are staying in Seoul, the railpark is not near the Seoul city at all. You need to plan ahead for the travel. Especially if you want to take advantage of the intercity ITX trains. Make sure you reserve those ITX train tickets ahead of time, probably should do it at the same time when you reserve the railpark tickets. I made the mistakes of not reserving the ITX train tickets first, and cannot get those tickets on the day before.

had a great time today! ruby is awesome and we enjoyed the tour a lot! vivaldi had a lot to offer ~ skiing and sledding. today we did sledding amd it was really fun. we can go again some time to try out skiing. :) 감사합니다, 윤주씨~

Highlight of our korea trip. Very exciting and fun trip. Stopped at eobi ice village to take some photos and sightseeing. Went to ski suit rental shop after, rented ski suit and helmets. Arrived at ski resort after. Even as a first timer, booked the lift option together with the basic lesson. Trainer kevin was amazing and helped very much as we were a small group of 3. He was also friendly and funny. 5 stars for him. Lift option was great choice because you can explore 2 more beginner slopes compared to the moving walk. Also taking the lift was very exciting. Pick up and drop off was very convenient at main areas in seoul city centre.

Wonderful trip experience, would definitely recommend ! Though we chose the package without lesson, instructor Bay still gave us tips & tricks for Skiing. She helped us to take pictures aswhile which I really appreciated ! The beginner slope definitely had its own difficulty but was super enjoyable with astonishing views. Overall wonderful experience, will return soon☺️

Panda was a wonderful tour guide. he took good care of us. we had a great experience! our while family came and even the little ones had a great time.
