If you’re looking to breathe in extremely fresh air, walk through bamboo forests and get some cardio done, this is the hike for you! The hike took us around 1.5 hours to reach the summit where you’ll be given a fantastic meal comprising village dishes (农家菜). The hot soulful meal will be the perfect accompaniment after a winter’s hike!

Good views and good workout! There actually weren't that many people hiking from the bottom which meant that we pretty much had the entire place to ourselves to take photos and enjoy.
The bamboo provides nice shade which protects you from the sun so you don't have to worry about burning up. Had a nice homecooked lunch near the top which included chicken soup and various veggies!
