What people are saying about Food Tours in Bangkok

Definitely a must-try, even for those who are frequent visitors of Bangkok but have yet to venture out of the city centre. This tour was well organised, stuck to the schedule and had guides who were fluent in English and experienced in their craft. It was a wonderful journey through time where you get to learn about the culture and history of a forgotten civilisation. The only unfortunate part about this experience was encountering the other tourists who were sadly quite disrespectful towards local customs and places of worship, but that's an inevitability in many cultural landmarks. Still, one would be able to get amazing photographs of these sites without having to go up close (it's better to keep a respectful distance!) Really worth the money and spending a full day on.

Ms. Cherry was a lovely tour guide, very pleasant and spoke good English and accommodated well, even our tour companions who were late for the meet up time. We had a wonderful time visiting all the temples in the itinerary and you get ample time learning about them from Ms. Cherry and photo-taking time for each. Take note that lunch is not included in this package, only bottled water, so bring cash. The longboat ride was a fun way to see Bangkok from a different perspective. Make sure to give enough time to get to the meet-up point as traffic can get bad.

The tour was well-organized, we have seen the most famous temples in Ayutthaya, and had sufficient time to explore each of them. Both driver and guide were kind and helpful. Yet it seems to me that the information given about each site was too basic, not more than you could read on the information boards at each site. Of course, you could ask questions, but I wish they would tell more, without asking them. Yet overall, a very good day trip from Bangkok, especially if you're interested in history.

My husband and I had booked this for our first night in Thailand as an intro to Bangkok to start to learn what we liked/didn’t like to help set the scene for the rest of our trip. The tour guide was really funny while informative and provided a great atmosphere for the whole group. The Tuk Tuks were great fun and each restaurant had better food than the last! Would definitely recommend! The temple at night in particular was a highlight, lovely to see it so beautifully lit up and with much fewer people and cooler than when we went during the day time!

fantastic tour, the best we had in Bangkok. We saw the part of the city we would have never been able to discover by ourselves. roamed around in tiny lanes, crossed small canals and were able to look into the way of living of the locals. we had plenty of snacks and food to try too. Steve ( our guide ) was fantastic.

The day tour as such was a great experience. Our tour guide Boy provided a lot of information in a professional way. However, be aware Grand Palace is a beautiful place but over crowded with 10,000 visitors daily which makes it hard to enjoy and take pictures. But Wat Pho is worth the visit. It shows the glory of Buddhism. Wait there is more Chao Pharaya River allows to move around fast and traffic shows it. Golden Mount is a refreshing place with great view of Bangkok especially later afternoon. Overall we can recommend the tour to visit Bangkok's main attraction at one day.
