Li Ka Shing and Disney invites 24,000 Domestic Helpers to the Movies

Eligibility and Registration:

• This movie ticket giveaway by the Li Ka Shing Foundation (the “Organiser”) is free of charge, and is open to foreign domestic workers who are currently employed in Hong Kong under a valid contract (a “participant” or “you”).
• For each participant to register, the Organiser asks for: (1) your name, as it appears on your HKID card; (2) a partial HKID reference (the first 4 characters of your HKID including the prefix letter and number); and (3) your mobile number and/or email address so the QR code can be sent to you upon successful registration.
• Each participant is limited to one registration or application only. Multiple entries, registrations, or attempts to apply using different email addresses, phone numbers, or Hong Kong Identity Card numbers will result in disqualification, and any issued tickets will be voided.

Ticket Validity & Restrictions:

• Valid Entry Window: Doors open 15 minutes before showtime. Participants are not guaranteed entry if they are more than 10 minutes late to the show.
• Movie tickets are provided as dynamic QR codes. Screenshots will not be accepted at entry. The movie tickets are not transferrable or refundable. The QR codes will be linked to the participant's partial HKID number. The participant should arrive with his or her friend, as the QR codes will be scanned together, from the registered participant's Klook account.
• The participants must present both: (1) the QR code; and (2) their original, valid HKID card for verification at cinema entry. The name and HKID details on the registration must match the physical identity document exactly, or entry may, at the Organiser's sole discretion, be denied. Staff will only check a participant's HKID against the QR code for a match, and will not photograph, copy or otherwise make any record of a participant's HKID number.
• Movie tickets are only valid for the specified location, date, time, and show.
• Each QR code is unique and valid for a one-time entry only. Once a QR code has been scanned, it will be automatically voided and cannot be used again. Any duplicates, copies, or screenshotted QR codes will be rejected at the venue.
• Each QR code guarantees one, unassigned seat. The Organiser cannot guarantee seats will be available together or adjacent.
• Participants must abide by all rules, regulations, and terms of service of the participating cinema. The cinema management reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any participant who fails to comply with venue policies.

Bad Weather Arrangements:

• If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above) or a Black Rainstorm Warning, all shows scheduled within the next two hours will be cancelled. Showings will resume two hours after the warning is officially lowered. (Example: If Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted at 10:00am, 11:00am show will be cancelled. If the warning is lowered by 3:00pm, the 5:00pm show will resume.)
• Organisers will contact ticketholders of affected shows through Klook app and/or email to assist with alternative arrangements.

General Rules:

• We may take photographs, video or sound recordings at the participating cinema, and we may use them to report on the giveaway in public communications. If you attend a participating cinema in connection with this giveaway, you give us permission to include your image and voice in such photographs, video or sound recordings. This permission is non-exclusive, royalty-free and worldwide. We will only interview you if you agree at the time. You may stop an interview at any point, and you can ask us not to use it afterwards. • Provision of data is voluntary, but if you fail to do so, the Organiser will not be able to confirm your eligibility to participate in this giveaway. By providing your data during the registration, you confirm that the Organiser and/or any other party working in conjuction with the Organiser may use any data you have provided for verification purposes only. Any data that the Organiser may have received in connection with this giveaway shall be erased within 60 days after the final screening. • The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the event at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Organiser shall be final and binding.
