New Boyz was formed in 1999 with five members aged between 15 to 18. Making their debut in the Malaysian music industry with a single titled Sejarah Mungkin Berulang, they created an incredible phenomenon when their first album sold over 100,000 units. This pop rock band were also well received in Indonesia, Singapore and Brunei.

Throughout the career that saw the change of several members except the main vocalist Tomok, New Boyz had produced six albums namely New Boyz (1999), Akur (2000), Wirama (2001), Inspirasi (2002), Bermulanya Satu Evolusi (2005) and Semula Padaku (2007). Among the singles that won a place in the hearts of their fans are Meraung, Marah Bukan Sifatku, Hanya Tinggal Sejarah, Norkia, Rajuk Di Hati, and Kau Bernama Cinta.

After almost 25 years of involvement in the music industry, New Boyz finally presented a full-scale concert to their fans in Malaysia in February 2023, which saw the sale of nearly 1,500 tickets sold out in less than 24 hours after sales opened online.

New Boyz are also eager to hold a concert in Singapore scheduled for this September. The playlist for the concert will be of their hit songs such as Sejarah Mungkin Berulang, Meraung, Lukamu Lukaku Jua, Marah Bukan Sifatku and many more. Rehearsals have now begun and are in full swing to ensure an energetic performance and ensure satisfaction for all the fans in attendance.
