Sammi Concert 2024 in Hong Kong Coliseum | Latest Reschedule Announcement

The organizing company, "Media Asia Music" has announced the rescheduled dates for the "AXA Presents You & Mi Sammi Cheng World Tour Concert - Hong Kong 2023" (affected dates: July 14-16, 18-19, 21-23, 25-26, 28-30 - a total of 13 shows) that were previously postponed. Refund options or the option to retain the tickets for the rescheduled concert have been provided. The refund process for all affected tickets has been completed, and refunds are being gradually issued, with the goal of finalizing all refunds by November 2023.

The organizing company has now announced that a makeup concert will be held on July 2024 at the Hong Kong Coliseum in Hung Hom. The details are as follows:

Applicable to ticket holders who have retained tickets for the affected shows

Ticket holders for the affected shows can use their complete concert tickets (including ticket stubs) for the corresponding makeup concert at the Hong Kong Coliseum on the designated rescheduled dates, with the same assigned seating.

Priority Ticket Purchase: For those who purchased concert tickets through the priority ticketing service provided by East Asia Bank Credit Card, the affected show tickets were previously sent to the cardholder's designated address via courier through the service provider HotdogTIX. For any inquiries, please contact the HotdogTIX hotline at (852) 3188-5661 (office hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM) or email info@hotdogtix.com.

Public Ticket Sales: For those who purchased tickets for the affected shows (including wheelchair tickets) through the Urbtix online platform, mobile app, or telephone hotline and have not yet collected the tickets, the tickets have been automatically reserved for collection. Starting from now, ticket holders must collect the tickets at any Urbtix ticketing counter or self-service ticketing machine at least before the makeup concert corresponding to the affected show. They can use the same credit card (excluding virtual cards) used for the original purchase or the ticket collection code (please use both the ticket collection code automatically generated by the system at the time of purchase and the customer-defined password) to retrieve the tickets. For any inquiries, please contact the Urbtix customer service hotline at (852) 3166-1100 (office hours: Monday to Sunday, including public holidays, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM) or email urbtix@maoyan.com.hk.

Fan Club Ticket Purchase: For members who purchased tickets for the affected shows through the Three Meals Fan Club, arrangements have been made for ticket collection at an earlier time. If any members are unable to collect the tickets, the Three Meals Fan Club will make alternative arrangements. Please stay tuned for the latest updates on the Three Meals Fan Club Facebook page.

The organizing company will not provide any compensation for lost concert tickets. If ticket holders are unable to provide the complete concert tickets (including ticket stubs) for the affected shows, they will not be admitted to the corresponding makeup concert.

If ticket holders have not collected their reserved tickets or fail to attend the makeup concert on the specified rescheduled dates for the affected shows, the organizing company will not issue refunds or make alternative arrangements, considering it as voluntary forfeiture by the ticket holders.
