【NIGEL NG THE HAIYAA WORLD TOUR Taipei Cancellation and Refund Policy】

Due to Artist scheduling conflict, we regret to announce that the originally postponed NIGEL NG THE HAIYAA WORLD TOUR is now canceled.

Those who purchased tickets with credit card will not need to make any refund request, the face value of the ticket will be refunded to your credit card automatically. The ticket refund process will be completed by the end of September 2022, you can go to tixCraft ticketing to check if your order status has changed to “Refund due to non-personal reasons” then. The ticket fee refund process will take around 20 business days, with the actual refund period up to the bank which issued your credit card. 【Nigel Ng THE HAIYAA WORLD TOUR Postponement & Refund Policy】

Due to the current border policy, we regret to announce that NIGEL NG THE HAIYAA WORLD TOUR is now rescheduled to 6 January 2023, venue remains at Zepp New Taipei.

Current tickets held remain valid for the rescheduled date, you will be able to collect your ticket 5 days before the event starts (1 January 2023). For those who are unable to attend the show on the rescheduled day, you may make the full refund request on tixcraft website without any service charge no later than 16 September 2022. Please visit tixcraft.com for further information on ticket refund.
