Beijing Wtown tours

Enjoyed this Gubei Water Town + Simaitai Great Wall tour by our friendly and hospitable tour guide, Roberta! The views at night were amazing and the water town so brightly lit-up! Highly recommend this free n easy tour for 1st timers to Beijing!

We had hiccup at Guomao subway station to find the F exit gathering point. Ended up we took DiDi to catch up at another meet up point. It was a free and easy tour once we reached Gubei Town. We strolled around the town, climbed up Gubei Church to see sunset and hike Simitai Great Wall in the evening. The view was spectacular. It ended with drone presentation.

A very good tour to visit the Great Wall of China almost alone. If you have enough time for a day trip, it's definitely worth it. Since it's currently the off-season (November), different tours were combined, so we had to wait about two hours for departure before the end. However, there was Starbucks and Pizza Hut. I would recommend the tour.

Fabulous day with a very knowledgeable driver, 高大鹏！ Driving was smooth, we got there earlier than expected and best of all there weren’t very many visitors at all. highly recommend this site, your and driver! he also gave us lots of tips for other tourist destinations around the city.

Everything was perfectly arranged. Thanks to 郭佳导游. The trip to gubei watertown was wonderful. The bus arrived and depart on time. The scenery was breathtaking and it's absolutely worth staying overnight to fully enjoy the evening performances.

Miko even messaged me before my booking was confirmed, which gave me peace of mind. The car was very comfortable, with drinks offered along the way, and the driver was kind and professional. Miko explained everything about the Great Wall in a way that made me enjoy and understand it more. He also made sure I had everything I needed—photos, water, and rest stops. As a solo traveler, I felt really well taken care of. This tour became one of the highlights of my trip. I truly recommend Miko if you are visiting Beijing!

Miko was an amazing guide! He was so thoughtful and patient, especially with my elderly family member, and went above and beyond to adjust the plans to make things easier for us. Even though the weather turned out rainy and unpredictable, Miko made sure we were comfortable and still had a great time. We had a great tour with Michael—very knowledgeable about the history of the Great Wall and a genuinely jolly guide. The Great Wall is stunning and a must-see and do when in Beijing. Very organized tour from our hotel pick up to the Great wall.
