One of the sightseeing spots in Vienna. Buying tickets from Klook is at similar price than the official website/ ticket office. The good thing is that no quening is needed which saves time!

Sitting in Category 1 seats helps me focus. They email you your seat assignment on the day of the performance, and you don't need to exchange anything on-site.

Ease of booking with Klook: Very easy! Just hold the QR code over the bar at the entrance to enter. Facility: The animals are full of life! There are many animals that were born within the last six months, you can see hippos and lions up close, and both pandas 🐼 were active and we were able to see them eating. There is also an area where you can interact with animals.

Ease of booking with Klook: Just show your voucher at the reception to exchange it for a ticket. Facility: There are many attractions, experiences, and exhibits, so you can spend as much time as you like. The longer opening hours compared to other facilities are also a plus, I think.

Ease of booking with Klook: Booking was easy, and there was a clearly marked line for voucher codes, so it was quick to line up there! Once the ticket is issued, you'll be given your seat number 😊 Price: I think the price is fair for what you get!

The ticket pickup location and method were clear and convenient. The reserved seating arrangement was good. There was also a simple explanation of the concert's flow, allowing consumers to be mentally prepared.

The exchange is convenient. First, exchange it on the official website, then download IVIE and join, and you can use it at any time. The price is cheaper than the official website, so it is worth buying.
