Our first Shangri-La! Very good experience, the hotel is very clean, the lobby is very comfortable, and the staff are very polite. The children like it very much, but the swimming pool water is a bit cold🥶haha. I will book again next time, and hope to have the opportunity to try their restaurant🍴Thank you

Smart hotel, robot food delivery/various hotel services, self-service laundry and fitness room, only a few minutes walk from the subway station, breakfast is acceptable to me personally, the overall travel experience is superb

As an old hotel, the service is very good, especially the package is in the executive floor room, and you can use the gym, swimming pool, evening cocktail + breakfast in the executive lounge at night, a wide variety of food and drinks... Klook package is super value.

Very close to the subway station. On Luohu Line 1, exit F at Laojie Station and walk straight for 1 minute. Its entrance is behind the apartment. Dongmen Old Street is nearby. The apartment is very clean and there are a few drinks at the front desk to quench the thirst of guests.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I feel the staff are excellent. The hotel is conveniently located. There are many different types of restaurants nearby. Although the hotel breakfast does not have many choices, I personally think it is good. I look forward to staying here for the third time. @“@V
