The funniest thing was randomly getting arcade tokens to play with 😆

Breakfast: Wide variety. Hotel manager Shirley and staff Jane and Zhang Bin were very attentive. Since we brought our 15-month-old baby, they thoughtfully prepared many things for our outings. The hotel's children's playroom is also worth praising!

Shangri-La hotels consistently deliver quality. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff provides polite and warm service. They even gave me a cake for my birthday, highly recommended.

Lots of Hong Kong residents, super close to the subway station, and right next to a super convenient shopping mall! The downside is the rooms are really small and the shower isn't separated from the rest of the bathroom. Also, the pillows are too flat 🙈 so it's hard to get a good night's sleep.

The room is comfortable and clean. The mattress is amazing, I always sleep in so late, even later than I do at home! 👍

After getting the room and going out, there was a minor issue when we returned to the hotel. The security lock was broken and locked from the inside, but the front desk quickly found someone to fix it. They even sent a plate of fruit as compensation, which was great.
