Facilities: The van was very clean and the air conditioning was sufficient. There were 6 of us that day and it was very comfortable.
Tour guide: Please explain clearly.
Train: I used to watch the train next to the train tracks, but this time I was able to take the local train to the market... it felt new!
Itinerary arrangement: The time arrangement is good, there is enough time for each attraction. The time on the water may be a bit long, but the weather was good that day, so we took our time walking and watching, had dinner, and then slowly walked to the pier. The timing was just right!
Scenery: The focus was on seeing fireflies... Luckily... there weren't too many... but at least there were some... The boat ride was also very comfortable... We were dropped off at the pier and picked up to go back to Bangkok... The timing was just right! Great!

The five-star rating is well-deserved, especially considering the tour guide's comprehensive Mandarin explanation throughout the entire trip. The highlight of the tour was definitely the nighttime firefly watching at the Mae Klong River. If you're coming to Thailand, I highly recommend the Mae Klong - Amphawa day trip.

Our tour guide, Xiaiai, was wonderful and took great care of the children. The Thai costume photography and dinner venue were beautiful, the food was delicious, the staff were very welcoming and attentive, and the price was very reasonable. The boatman who took us to see the fireflies was also great, catching fireflies for us to see. Finally, the driver's driving skills were excellent and the car was very clean. This activity is definitely worth participating in.

Our tour guide, Xiao Ai, was incredibly thoughtful! Not only was the itinerary well-planned, but she also proactively checked in on everyone, helped take photos, and recommended local delicacies. Throughout the entire trip, we felt her dedication and enthusiasm, making it feel like traveling with a friend. Many thanks, definitely a five-star recommendation!

Xiao Ai is a professional and patient tour guide. She caters to international tourists by providing explanations in both Chinese and English, which made those of us with limited English skills feel at ease. She also took photos for each group, which deserves a big thumbs up!

I participated in a small group tour with hotel pick-up. A clean van with three rows of seats picked us up earlier than the scheduled time of 12:00 PM. I was worried about getting motion sickness because the van smelled of incense, but I quickly got used to it and was fine. Our family of four (two adults and two children) sat in one row of three seats, and then we picked up another couple and set off. After everyone was together, the guide introduced themselves and gave a brief explanation of the itinerary. I dozed off until we reached the Maeklong Railway Market. After arriving, we were given a detailed explanation of where the restrooms were, the train's arrival time, and the meeting point, and then we had free time. My children disliked the fishy smell of the Maeklong Market, so we strolled around a bit and then waited for the train to arrive at a cafe along the tracks, enjoying the cool air. I imagined that they would clear away the awnings and shelves along the tracks just before the train passed, but everyone started clearing things away quite a while before. After gathering back together, we headed to Wat Bang Kung temple. Along the way, the guide explained that we crossed the Maeklong River several times and pointed out roadside stalls selling coconuts and other items. At the temple, they gave us a very detailed explanation, and they even bought and distributed gold leaf for us to offer, explaining that we should stick it to the Buddha statues. They explained it with great enthusiasm, but my English proficiency is low, so I honestly didn't understand much. Next, we headed to the Amphawa Floating Market. We were told that the chances of seeing fireflies that day were low, so we were offered the option of waiting for the fireflies or visiting another temple. At the Amphawa Floating Market's firefly ticket booth, my family and another group chose to wait for the fireflies, and we agreed to meet again at 6:30 PM. We spent the next hour and a half exploring the Amphawa Floating Market and having dinner. There are many open-air restaurants, so you can go to any of them, but the one we went to was a failure. There were a lot of flies at that restaurant, and the juice we ordered (which probably came from another shop) never arrived. It was still bright at 6:30 PM when we boarded the boat for the firefly watching tour. The boat went from the market to the river, showed us the riverside shops and villa constructions, and then headed to the area with the trees where the fireflies were. Countless fireflies, smaller than I imagined, were perched on the trees like Christmas lights. Occasionally, they would fly to the boat and land on our hands. We were able to see the fireflies in the dark for about 15 minutes of the one-hour boat ride, but it was a very memorable scene.

Super fun trip!! The Maeklong Railway Market, trying on Thai traditional dress, and seeing fireflies – the timing for each activity was just right, and it was all very fulfilling. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the staff were enthusiastic about giving instructions and helping with photos. Our guide, Xiao Ai, was friendly and made us feel comfortable. The whole trip was worth the price. Plus, the drop-off location was near Jodd Fairs Night Market, which made for a wonderful weekend!!
