The booking process is simple, and the only area you can consider improving is the ability to remind your ticket subscriber in advance which company the email is from, reducing the worry of your subscriber

An awesome experience to watch a live football match in one of the world's most famous stadiums! Though we were seated high up in the podium, we were still able to see the players and the match clearly. Good vibes, with thousands of people singing, chanting and cheering for the Manchester United home team. The tickets were worth the money, especially when food was included in the Klook package!

Very credible, tickets were sent via email a few days before the game started, tickets can be enjoyed in the lounge for a free lunch, however there are more people than expected, there are discounts on shopping, will be purchased again next time to watch the football.

I chose the 93:20 package (the package I received was slightly different from what Klook marked, and I have already reflected this to Klook.) In any case, the entire package includes a lot of content and is very cost-effective, especially on match days in the middle of the week when ticket prices are relatively cheap. The following is the content of the package I received: 1. Game tickets: I received the game tickets two days before the game. Please note that you need to use Google wallet or Apple wallet to store the tickets and use the sensor entry at the entrance. The 93:20 package has its own lounge, but we entered about an hour early and the seats were almost taken. There was food to buy and the overall feeling was good. (Note that beer is not allowed in the stands.) We were placed in the highest row of section 221. Except for corner kicks where our view was slightly blocked by the crowd, the overall visibility was quite high. 2. Tickets for the National Football Museum: Located in the city center, not near the stadium, you need to use the link provided by the agent to book tickets. You use the QR code to enter. It is not too difficult. It is not very big, but there are still many things to see and play. It is worth a visit. 3. Stadium Tour: This ticket package only allows entry on non-match days. I didn’t use it because I didn’t want to find another day to go back. I have seen related videos online, which are just ordinary introductions to the history of the stadium. I don’t think there is anything special about it. 4. £20 Uber voucher: As long as you are not too far from the city, it can basically cover the cost of uberX. However, please note that the journey time will increase during peak hours. If you do not use uberX (for example, you use comfort), there is a chance that the cost will be more than £20 due to the extension, and you will need to pay the difference. In addition, each person can only enter one voucher. If you need to use it round trip, you may need to ask your friends for help. 5. [The package is not listed, but I received it] Manchester City Sightseeing Bus: The original price is 15 pounds, it uses a hop on hop off mechanism, which requires scanning a QR code. The roof is half open so you can enjoy the fresh air on it. The scenery is pretty good, and there is a recorded navigation along the way. However, it would be freezing cold on a very cold day. It is worth experiencing if you have time. You can get off at the Football Museum and get back on the bus after the visit. (Pay attention to the timetable, there are actually not many cars in a day. Also, make sure to use it within five days after the game.) 6. [Not received] Uber eats £20 voucher: This was not actually included in the package.

The package I bought included pre-match museum tickets. I confirmed the museum ticket details with Klook's customer service on Wednesday, but Klook's customer service told me that museum tickets are for admission on non-match days, but this is completely wrong! Tickets for the museum should be valid for entry 3 hours on the day of the game, so don’t completely trust what Klook customer service says. It’s safer to confirm with the travel agency yourself! The overall experience at the museum and on match day was a perfect 10!
