Spacious and clean room. Welcome drink and biscuits and 1 free bottle water upon arrival which is nice. Free coffee on Ground Floor. Only 15 mins walk to Hanok Village. A big supermarket nearby. Much appreciated staff to allow me early check in at 1330.

Good selection of hanboks. Staff were so helpful and assisted me to wear the hanbok. I availed of the hairstyle onsite and imo was so sweet. I told her that I’m a fan of the pajeon and makgeoli pairing and she then recommended me a place. I also shared her the photos I took and the caricature and she was so happy and even thank me for this.

the tour guide, Sabrina, was very eloquent in both English and Mandarin and was very well versed in conversational topics which made the trip interesting (and bearable as the ride there was so long). the view were amazing and the experience of wearing the hanbok was fuss-free and fun!

Truly an unforgettable and fantastic trip, very interactive and informative. Grateful for Mr Yohan for trying his best to make sure our needs are well met, he has been very friendly and helpful. Unlike other trips where tour guide may wait at entrance/ exit, he followed and helped us to take a lot of photos. Highly recommend for Mr. Yohan!
