The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, making it very easy to get around. The area is clean and the stay is definitely worth the price. The staff are accommodating, and the reception team explained everything clearly during check-in. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

this is the best experience for us in Dubai. Most of the activities we booked are not worth it. Glad our Dubai experience was saved by this hotel! The room is really spacious and view was exceptional! We stayed here for 6nights for NYE, and we got to see the Atlantis and Burj Al Arab fireworks right from our balcony! Buffet breakfast is good, altho its almost the same every single day but at least we get to eat continental/english food unlike most of the other establishments. Rafi (bell boy) and Nikki (receptionist) were great, very helpful from check in to check out. We love that the NYE dinner gala were already included in our stay (costs about 500 aed per person). Location wise, its just few steps away from Dubai Internet City metro station. There’s a grocery and restaurants downstairs. The building is a big old but well maintained. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here!

Not so new hotel but my stay was comfortable. It’s walking distance to Insurance Market Metro Station, WestZone, and many more. Breakfast is okay. Will definitely stay again.

Stay with Rosepark hotel is one of the best experience we had in Dubai. The staff are really friendly and genuinely helpful specially the man assigned at the lobby as well as the staff from the restos. The location of the hotel as well is very strategic as its just 3-5 min away from metro station. Weve been to different countries but the people in Dubai are amazingly nice. Recommending this hotel to my friends!

It was a great stay at Rose Park, Al Barsha. The staff always greeted us with smile and were ready to help us. Sometimes when the breakfast buffet had limited veg options, they also offered us to freshly cook some veg food for breakfast. The location is definitely great as it is very close to insurance market metro station and you can use the mall of emirates bus station to catch buses to multiple places.

The environment is not bad, but because it is a party hotel, the noise is a problem and it is not suitable for people who like peace and quiet.
