Horseshoe Falls tours

The description of the tour does not do it justice. There was quite a lot of places packed into this 3 day tour. Good smooth transfers and entry into places. The tour is full - about 50 people. Guides who spoke different languages were there. The main guide spoke 1 foreign language and was a bit unempathetic to the other tourists who didn’t speak the same language. Overall a good tour.

It was an amazing experience! Time management of each spots were great had enough time to both enjoy an activity as well as free time :) On the way to each spot, our guide Andrew gave us a lot of information about Niagara Falls, as well as some good tips for restaurant around :) going on Niagara Falls tour was one of the best decision I made during my Toronto trip!

The coach is very comfy and I was impress by Peter, our driver for the delication he made on bring us to the attractions and all the details explanations he has delivered throughtout the trip. It is good value of money with an experience to Niagara Falls, wine and syrup tasting.

1. The tour guide and driver explained very seriously and were very funny. 2. It takes 2 hours to drive from downtown Toronto, and it takes a lot of time to pick up tourists from hotels along the way. So we took the bus at 1 pm and arrived at the falls at 4:30. Then we queued up for the boat and it was almost 6:30pm. Then we went on other trips and it was past 8 pm when we went to the restaurant for dinner. After watching the 10 pm fireworks show (only five minutes), it was already 12:30am in the middle of the night when we got back to the city center. So those who want to bring their families should consider whether they can last such a long trip. 3. There are a lot of people on holidays. If it is your first time, you will feel more assured about where to go with a tour guide. But you can consider staying in a local hotel and have a good rest after the activity. 4. The buffet has few dishes and the taste is ordinary. Drinks have to be purchased separately. The only advantage is the service and the view from the high building. But the good thing is that the whole street is crowded during the holiday meal time, and it is also an easy way to have a reservation to eat a meal.

We had a great experience! itinerary was accurate & we were able to add attractions otw if desired. Leo our tour guide was very knowledgeable & made the atmosphere comfortable with his humour + Tiffany drove us there very smoothly & promptly. transportation (bus) was comfortable & clean. The trip was very worth it and hassle free, would highly recommend!!

the tour was fantastic and worth every penny. could have been nicer without the rain as for the Horseshoe Falls was too cloudy to take a photo with. Not to miss out and include in your tour the Boat ride. The icing on the cake is the wine tasting at the Niagara-by-the-Lake where you also get to see the vineyard just at the back of the wine tasting room. I got to purchase Niagara’s infamous Ice Wine fresh from their rack as my birthday reward to end my tour. highly recommended.

i was really enjoying taking the tour. The tour organizer also helpful and flexible to change my date as I wanted to join the cruise boat. The journey was not packed and I had a lot of time to explore and chill by myself. Ms Tracy was friendly all the way. I will be definitely recommend this tour for my friends as the bus also picked up at our hotel 👍🏻

alex, our tour guide, was very nice and very accomodating. sam, our driver, was also very good. the lunch in sheraton has lots of options and we were seated near the glass where we can really see the view of niagara falls. it was really nice and they have this small balcony where you can take good pictures. we left york st. on time and we arrived at around 6pm (a bit traffic). this tour is highly recommended.
