Jusangjeolli Cliff tours

Our tour guide Steven Yanagi was organized and thoughtful. Not only did he serve as our driver, but he also shared many interesting facts about Jeju Island and even teached us some Korean phrases. Steven is impressively multilingual—fluent in English, Mandarin, and even Cantonese! His explanations were full of energy, making the entire trip enjoyable. Best of all, there was no forced shopping—just genuine sightseeing. We had ample time at each stop. Among all the attractions, my favorites were: - Jusangjeolli Cliff —The hexagonal rock formations were absolutely breathtaking! It’s amazing how volcanic lava could cool into such a magnificent landscape. - The Green Tea Museum—though it’s more of a specialty shop and café selling green tea souvenirs than a traditional museum. There was even an Innisfree store, making it a shopping paradise! Overall, it was a fantastic day trip, all thanks to Steven’s professionalism, and excellent guiding skills.

Jessica was a very friendly and knowledgable guide. She spoke a lot on the history and traditiona of Jeju island while we were commuting from one sight to the other. We got to learn a lot of insights on Jeju culture, thanks to her!

This was my first trip to Jeju, and joining this tour was the best decision. As someone who doesn't drive, it made exploring super easy and stress-free. Ruby, our guide, was amazing—knowledgeable, friendly, and so organized. She handled everything from driving to tickets to taking great photos of us! The Jeju Island Charms day tour was amazing! The itinerary was well-planned, and we got to see some of the most beautiful spots on the island. Everything was smooth and organized from start to finish. Special thanks to our tour guide - Sir Jason who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole informative. Highly recommend this tour for first-time visitors to Jeju!

Chloe was a friendly and pleasant tour guide. She was also very knowledgeable and explained everything well. The tour locations were perfect. Chloe introduced each place beforehand so we could spend time enjoying each place at our leisure.

During the trip, I found out that the museum was closed; why they sold the tour without knowing that the museum was closed that day is not clear. I didn't receive any messages by email. Be prepared that this is just a transfer from point to point, the driver is pleasant, tried to be helpful, but does not speak English. The route itself was interesting and beautiful, with the exception of the studio with photo areas. And although the sakura had not yet fully bloomed, the driver took us to beautiful places, left us at beautiful points if we asked, overall the impressions of the tour were good. it was a mini-group in a comfortable mini/bus. Our group was friendly and fun

I had a fantastic day exploring the southern and western parts of Jeju Island. The landscapes were absolutely breathtaking — from dramatic coastlines to lush greenery, every stop was picture-perfect. Our guide, Hays, was incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The tour was well-organized, and I felt like I got to see a great variety of what Jeju has to offer. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the island!
